Can I exchange or refuse (cancel) item after I receive?
- Please understand that we, as a wholesaler, do not accept exchange or cancel of the order 
  after receive unless the item is damaged or defective. 
- If you receive the package damaged or defective, take a photograph as a proof.
  And contact us immediately via Q&A board or e-mail. We’ll proceed with refund accordingly.
- If we cannot exchange the goods since the goods are out of stock, we’ll refund it to you.
What if I want to change color or size?
- You can change color or size only when the product is ‘purchase underway’ status.
- Submit your request on Q&A board or e-mail us at help@itsmefashion.net.
- You can’t change a certain item to a different kind.
Can I cancel my order?
- You cancel your order anytime before payment.
- After payment, you can only cancel order that hasn’t initialized as yet. Please contact us first if you want to cancel the order.
Can I get a refund for the item that went out of stock?
- Yes. Sometimes, a product can be found out-of-stock during transaction after payment. Then, your refund will be deposited to your E-account in this case.
- E-money on your E-account can be transferred to your Paypal account anytime when requested. Submit your request on Q&A board or email us.
What if I receive defective (or damaged) item(s)?
- if you receive the package damaged or defective, take a photograph as a proof. And contact us immediately via Q&A board or e-mail. We’ll proceed with refund accordingly after confirmation.
 * If more than two items are damaged, please refuse to accept it immediately from the delivery company. (Damage’s likely occurred during shipping transit.)

- We pack our shipment very carefully.
  We usually pay more for actual shipping fee than estimated shipping fee that you paid.
