- Itsme updates new items extremely often, so we do not provide any catalogues.
2. What is exact size?
- Free size means one size product. Exact measure of size have provided in product details
3. What is exact size of Small/Medium/Large?
Table size of S/M/L is Korean standard
Please, check size measure table by each countries and make sure you are ordering right size. Click Here
Exact size of items is on each item's detail page, size would have little bit of errors due to measuring items from different positions.

2. How your order proceed?
- You can check your order, payment, and shipping status on ‘MY ACCOUNT’
- Order Status: Status before the payment being processed.
If we do not receive the payment until 7 days after we expected, your order will be canceled automatically.
So please check considerably when you pay for the goods.
Payment Received: Status that we received your payment. On this step,
you won’t be able to change a color or size for the items you have ordered.
Purchase in progress: Your purchase is in progress, and you can also check your each order history on 'MY ACCOUNT'

- Purchasing: Customer is purchasing.
- Purchased: Customer purchased for the goods, and we are packing for customer’s order.
- Out-of-Stock: Goods are not in stock.
If you pay for the goods but there is possibility that an item is not in stock. In this case you may get your refund by clicking 'Refund' button on the purchase history page on ‘MY ACCOUNT’
Shipped: Items have been shipped to your door. Shipping date would take 2 – business days, but it varies by region.

- In each item's detail page we divide the each item's origin to Korea/China/Other.
All of our clothes are made in Korea, but in the category 'SEASON' – which is swimwear and etc. -- contains the products which made in China.

3.Importing Tax
- Customers are to pay the import tax, if the customer's country/state levy any tax on the products.
In order to save the tax, Itsmefashion mark "gift" on the shipping document/box with amount less than 100.00 USD
(although it doesn't work always in some area).
The goods will be packed no more than 10.0kg/box and if customers want to order weight above 10.0kg, we will send separately with EMS.

1.Can I exchange or refund, after I received the goods?
- As we are a wholesaler, we cannot exchange or refund for the goods.
- If there is a defect found in an item, please contact Itsmestyle Customer Service with your concerns via Q&A board or email (help@itsme.co.kr) within 14 days of the date your order shipped from us.
- We cannot make change, if the goods are not in stock, or we found that the goods have been tried on, or missing parts.
